Fletcher Lopez Property Inventories will attend the property as instructed and will compile a detailed Inventory report, including Schedule of Condition and Cleaning Summary, providing an accurate record of each room and all contents including full Description and Decoration, Fixtures and Fittings and Furniture and Furnishings.

Check in

The check-in appointment is between the tenant and inventory clerk on the day the tenancy commences, noting the condition of description/ decoration, fixture and fittings and furniture and furnishings.


Check out

The check out report is a type of inventory report which is conducted at the end of the lease or tenancy. It describes the condition of the property when the tenants are about to vacate.

Interim inspection

Interim or mid-term inspections are a great way to keep in touch and remain informed of the condition of the property during the tenancy.

 

Inventory Reports
